• Program description: booking, appointment, and follow-up messages related to your inquiries and bookings with Brenda Villa. Promotional messages are a separate, optional opt-in.
• Message frequency: varies based on your appointments and interactions with us.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
• Opt-out: you can cancel at any time. Simply reply STOP. After you send "STOP", we will confirm and stop sending SMS messages. You can opt back in at any time as before.

• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent: your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

4. Appointments & Deposits

Appointments are confirmed with a deposit, which is applied to the final price of the piece. Deposit and rescheduling terms are confirmed during the consult.

5. Age Requirement (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive tattoo services from Brenda Villa and to opt in to our SMS program. By using our site, booking an appointment, or opting in to messaging, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our site and services lawfully.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brenda Villa is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
